My FAQs

How do I hire Curtis Dennis for my next project?

The first step is to make contact via email or a phone call. Then we can discuss the specific details and timeline of your project.

After our discovery call, I will provide a detailed proposal for your approval, usually within 48 hours.

There is no cost involved in obtaining a quote for your project.

You approve of the proposal and submit the deposit, and I start working on your project.

I do require a 50% deposit on all projects before any work begins. The balance becomes due 30 days after you receive the first draft.

What about edits and revisions?

I include up to two revisions, within the original project's scope, at no additional charge.

I ask that you request revisions within 30 days of receiving the original draft or the edited version.

What are your qualifications?

Besides copywriting and content marketing skills, I also have a degree in Web Design and Development, with academic honors (graduated December 2013).

Working with your web design and development team is not an issue for this freelance B2B copywriter. My eyes won't glaze over if someone starts talking about HTML and CSS, JavaScript, or MySQL.

And yes, I built this website and provide the SEO to keep it on Page One of the SERPs for the following terms:

All of my writing includes SEO optimization at no extra charge.

Do you only work with construction-related companies and products?

Before I started copywriting full time, I worked as a commercial carpenter and contractor for over thirty years. I guess you could say that construction is my jam.

Currently, I have worked with a variety of companies, mainly in the B2B marketplace.

One is in the warehouse and distribution game, and another will be our local 2021 Tulip Festival. For another client, I write articles about running a successful online business like mine.

What do you charge?

  • I do not work by the hour or word count.
  • I base my fees on the size of the project, your timeline, and my current project schedule.

For reference purposes only, here is a recent proposal:

I can invoice you and accept a company check.

Do you offer any other types of services?

I have also worked with non-profit groups serving special needs children's families for several years. Initially, they hired me to build their websites and online presence, and somehow I ended up serving as the Executive Director.
